PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise play rod special for fingers, used for exercise and play of fingers, most suitable as an auxiliary implement for preventing dementia of old people or as a plaything for a schoolchild and junior high school student. SOLUTION: Both ends of the rod 1 are provided with an end part 2 having an outside diameter larger than the bar, and the whole is set to dimensions so that the rod 1 is rotated around and around by the fingers or the rod 1 is handed over to and from the fingers of the hand.
