PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag applying a sufficient stimulus in a prescribed range and partially changing the strength of the stimulus in the range when performing massage by feeding/exhausting air. SOLUTION: The air bag is formed into a hollow body shape inflated/deflated by feeding/exhausting the air and is provided with an air bag body 20 having a human body abutment part 21 abutting on the human body.
