PURPOSE: A check valve is provided to secure the check valve for keeping a counter-current stop function for a long time and to increase durability and produce at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A check valve is composed of a valve body(3) that is in operation within a limiting space(2) formed at a portion of a pipe; a valve seat(5) forming one end of the limiting space and having a valve inlet(4) closed by contacting with the valve body; and a stopper(6) for forming the limiting space together with the valve seat and restricting a movable region of the valve body while the valve inlet is opened. The hardness of at least a contact unit for the valve body is lower than at least a contact unit of the valve seat and the stopper.
