PURPOSE: A functional monitor is provided to connect to a plurality of peripheral devices using a serial cable by converting a serial data signal inputted through a serial port into a USB(Universal Serial Bus) data signal and transmitting the USB data signal to a computer system supporting the USB through a USB hub. CONSTITUTION: A USB serial converter(200) interfaces between the peripheral devices connecting to the serial port(205) and the computer system connecting to a USB port(210) by installing a plurality of serial ports and the USB port to the back. The monitor(100) is installed to an upper part of the USB-serial converter by facing the front. A supporting part(300) keeps the monitor tilted to a predetermined angle by installing to the upper part of the USB-serial converter. The supporting part comprises the first and the second supporting panel(310,320), and a supporter(330) supporting between the first and the second supporting panel.
