摘要 PURPOSE: A cancer-diagnostic DNA chip which can detect methylation of primer region in many kinds of genes is provided, thereby rapidly and easily detecting cancer by detecting methylation of primer region in the human tissue or various secreted material samples. CONSTITUTION: A cancer-diagnostic DNA chip is provided, wherein cDNAs of methylated primer regions of one or more genes which are derived from one or more cancer cells and easily methylated are micro-arrayed on a substrate uniformly, wherein the easily methylated gene is cancer inhibition associated gene including BRCA1, BRAC2, MGMT, APC, CDH13, FHIT, MTHER, PTGS2, CACCA, AR, S100A2 and/or SRBC; the methylated promoter region is a PCR product by using the genomic DNA of the cancer tissue cell and a pair of primers specific to the promoter region; the promoter region is hMLH and the pair of primers have the nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, respectively; and the promoter region is MAGE and the pair of primers have the nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, respectively.
