The rail drawer for the horizontal or vertical extension of an element (26) has an outer rail (41) of bent metal and a slide rail also of bent metal movable upon the outer rail by means of a roller mounting (47). An additional outer rail (49) is connected to the outer rail and reinforces it, or an additional rail (52) is connected to the slide rail and reinforces it. The roller mounting has a rolling body (48) between a member (43) of the outer rail and a member (46) of the slide rail for the reciprocal guiding of the outer rail and slide rail. An Independent claim is included for a telescopic extender for the horizontal or vertical extension of an element.
