PURPOSE: Provided is a dish for raw fish to maintain a freshness of the raw fishes during eating the raw fish and to enjoy the taste of the raw fish as it is. CONSTITUTION: A dish for raw fish comprises a vessel(10) molded in jade to form a concave unit on the upper part of the dish; a bunch of charcoal(20) provided in the concave unit; and an ice(20) in the concave unit of the vessel(10) such that the upper end of the charcoal(20) is exposed outside. The vessel(10) is molded in various shapes such as a round or rectangular shape, and the concave unit is also formed in various shapes to match the whole shape of the vessel(10). A bunch of charcoals(20) are contained in the concave unit of the vessel(10).
