PURPOSE: A carbon thread lamp is provided to allow for ease of manufacture and cost reduction and a wide variety of designs of lamps by using a carbon thread as a heating source. CONSTITUTION: A carbon thread lamp comprises a carbon thread(20) supported by terminal fixing members(10) which are fixed at both inner ends of a vacuum glass tube(5); and a power supplying terminal(30) arranged at the outer end of the terminal fixing member. The inner end of the terminating fixing member is formed onto a clip portion(11) for fixing the end of the carbon thread. The clip portion operates as a clip when the end of the carbon thread is inserted into the clip portion and pressed.
