摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting the crack of blast furnace tap hole and controlling a control valve for controlling flux of cooling water according to the detected crack by detecting vibration and position of tap hole opener for opening the blast furnace tap hole is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a vibration detector(30) installed at the tap hole opener to detect the vibration state of the rod in a tap hole opening process in which rod of the tap hole opener is rotated and moved forward and backward; a position detector(40) installed at a conversion gear unit(43) of the tap hole opener to detect position of the gear unit according to a rotary motion of the gear unit; and a control system(100) comprising a tap hole opening judgement processing part for judging whether the tap hole is opened or not based on the position values detected by the position detector, and a cracking judgement processing part for judging whether cracking is generated or not based on the vibration values detected by the vibration sensor in the tap hole opening state judged by the tap hole opening judgement processing part, and transmitting a control signal to a control valve for controlling flux of cooling water according to whether cracking is generated or not so that flux of cooling water is controlled according to whether there is cracking or not, wherein the vibration detector comprises pick-up vibration sensor(31), amplifier(32) and signal converter(33), and wherein the position detector comprises potentiometer(41) and signal converter(42).
