The return mechanism consists of a bush (5) with a square hole (53) through it to take the shaft engaging with the door lock follower, and a stop (54) for one end (43) of a multi-coil spring (4), the other end (42) of which is fixed. The stop is in the form of a radial hole in the bush, and the spring end that fits into it is bent radially inwards from one end coil of the spring.
