摘要 PURPOSE: An electro-optical device having a reflection conductive layer formed as a silver simple substance or a silver alloy, a fabricating method thereof and an electronic device are provided to improve the corrosion resistance of the reflection conductive layer and restrain the degradation of a reflective rate of the reflection conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: In a rear surface side base body(210) of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(200), an under-insulation layer(211s) is formed on a substrate(211). A reflective electrode(212) is formed on the under-insulation layer. A reflection conductive layer(212X) formed as a silver simple substance or a silver alloy and a transparent conductive layer(212Y) formed as a transparent conductor such as ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) are successively laminated to form the reflective electrode. The transparent conductive layer is thicker than the reflection conductive layer. The reflection conductive layer has a thickness within an 80 to 300nm range.
