The device according to claim 1, characterized in that a spring-loaded shifting pin (61) is arranged outside the tubular portion (58) and goes into radial apertures formed inside the tubular portion (59). 3. The device according to claim 2, characterized in that the radial apertures (60) inside the tubular portion follow each other at an axial raster distance. 4. The device according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the outer tubular portion (58) comprises a stop element (62) limiting the lowering depth and which is operable to interact with a support frame (4). 5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the spring-loaded shifting pin (61) is retained in the stop element (62) which limits the lowering depth. 6. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the stop element (62) which limits the lowering depth is designed as a shoulder embracing the outer part of the tubular portion (58), the spring-loaded shifting pin (61) is arranged on one side of the shoulder and a stop boss (63') is arranged on the opposite side of the shoulder. 7. The device according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the plastic retainer is protected against slewing with at least one pin, characterized in that the pin (14) against the plastic retainer slewing is freely projecting the thrust surface (52) on a free end of the screw device (6) and acts the edge zone of the jar washer (24) of the plastic retainer (13) as a slewing preventing thrust. 8. The device according to claim 7, characterized in that the pin(s) is(are) arranged on edge of the thrust surface (52), the pin(s) work(s) as a slewing protection for only longitudinal limit of the plastic retainer (13). 9. The device according to any one of claims 7 or 8, characterized in that the length of freely protruding pins (14) is about equal to the thickness of the jar washer (24) of the plastic retainer (13) in a corresponding thrust zone. 10. The device according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the retaining system (51) is provided for leveling a fastening element (2) along the screwing in axis and arranged on the holder (12), the screw device (6) comprises a thrust enabling to prevent slewing of the plastic retainer (13) during screwing in operation, the holder (12) comprises a housing (84) with a threaded bolt (83) for fixing to a free end of a drive shaft (64) the tubular portion is split onto the housing (84) with the threaded bolt (83) for joint fixing with the housing (84) on the free end of the drive shaft (64), a retaining means (53) in the form of at least one projecting dowel (79) adapted to interact with at least one swell (77) arranged inside the tubular extension (25) of the plastic retainer (13) and protruding inwards in a ring-shaped manner to provide fixed retaining in an axial direction. 11. The device according to claim 10, characterized in that two opposite projecting dowels (79) are formed on the tubular portion (78) of the holder (12). 12. The device according to any one of claims 10 or 11, characterized in that the projecting dowels (79) have a lead-in inclined portion (80) extending at a sharp angle to the screwing in axis and a thrust steeply falling thereafter.
