PURPOSE: A mover and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce defective ratio by minimizing distortion of the armature assembly during molding. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a mover for a single linear motor comprises the first step of assembling an armature by connecting a coil to a plurality of magnet cores arranged at a back iron(21); the second step of permitting the back iron of the armature assembly to tightly contact a mold; and the third step of heating the mold, injecting an epoxy resin to the mold, and solidifying the resultant structure. In the first step, the armature is assembled by coupling a plurality of bridges(3) to the outer surface of the back iron. The bridge has a blade part inserted into a groove formed at the back iron, and a protrusion part protruded from the surface of the back iron.
