PURPOSE: A mutual road information system is provided to grasp easily a state of traffic by performing a bidirectional information exchange process between a management center and a vehicle or a vehicle and a road or a vehicle and a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A multitude of communication device(100,101,102) is laid under the ground or installed at a road structure such as a road sign board or a street lamp. A vehicle(200,201,202) includes a transceiver connected with the communication devices(100,101,102). The vehicle(200,201,202) is used for detecting a state of road and a speed of the vehicle by using the transceiver. A local management center(301,302,033,304) is used for providing information of a predetermined local region by collecting and analyzing data from the communication devices(100,101,102). An ITS(Intelligent Traffic System) main management center(400) is used for transferring necessary information to a user by collecting and analyzing data of the local management center(301,302,303,304).
