PURPOSE: A structure for installing a buckle for a seat belt of a rear seat is provided to effectively use the seat belt by protruding the buckle outside when a passenger is in the rear seat and easily coupling a tongue plate in the seat belt with the buckle. CONSTITUTION: A hole(610) is formed at a seat cushion(600). A couple of guide brackets(200) with a long hole(210) are installed in the hole(610). An operation unit(100) is installed between the guide brackets(200), and has a buckle(110) and a rack gear(120). Both ends of a fixing pin(300) formed at the center of the operation unit(100) are fit into the long hole(210). A pinion gear(410) is installed at the shaft of a motor(400), and is engaged with the rack gear(120). A weight sensor(500) detects the weight applied to the seat cushion(600), and is installed in the seat cushion to rotate the motor(400) forward or reverse.
