PURPOSE: A herbal smoked-roast plate is provided to prevent scorch caused by partial overheating and make herbal ingredients evenly absorbed by installing a rotary vane to the lower side of a hot plate and rotating the hot plate by the pressure heated. CONSTITUTION: Thermal ventilating openings(3) and a hot plate knob(2) are installed to a roast hot plate(1). A rotating body(4) mounted with a rotary vane(7) is suspended to the lower side of the roast hot plate. An upper plate-fixing shaft(8) is built to the center of a lower plate body(5) in which water and herbal pills(6) are put and the roast hot plate is put on the upper plate-fixing shaft. The roast hot plate is rotated by the pressure of the rising heat and herbal ingredients are absorbed and permeated into meat on the roast hot plate. Thus, heat and herbal ingredients are evenly brought into contact with meat.
