1. A method of treating Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Lou Gehrig's, Binswanger's Diseases and, Olivopontine Cerebellar Atrophy in animals through steric protection of DNA, enhancement of transcription of growth factors sequences, regulation of the NMDA receptor and the activity of the MK801 ion channel and other brain cell physiological stabilizing phenomena, said method comprising administering to said animals an effective dose of polyamine taken from a group consisting of cyclic and linear and branched polyamines, wherein the linear polyamines are represented by the formula: X-[(CHY)n-NH]n-CH2-X, where X is a terminal amino group, Y is hydrogen or C1-C7alkyl, and n is integer from 1 to 7. 2. The method of Claim 1, wherein said polyamines are taken from a group consisting of 2,3,2 tetramine, 2,2,2 tetramine and 3,3,3 tetramine. 3. The method of Claim 2, wherein said animal is a Rana pipiens. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein symptoms of said diseases are induced by injecting said animal intraperitoneally with a single 40 mg/Kg dose of MPTP. 5. The method of Claim 4, wherein said effective amount comprises a single 1.2 mM dose. 6. The method of Claim 1, wherein said dose comprises 2,3,2 tetramine. 7. The method of Claim 6, wherein said animal is a Rana pipiens. 8. The method of Claim 7, wherein symptoms of said diseases are induced by injecting said animal intraperitoneally with a single 40 mg/Kg dose of MPTP. 9. The method of Claim 8, wherein said effective amount comprises a single 1.2 mM dose. 10. The method of Claim 1, wherein if Y is hydrogen then said terminal amino group is taken from a group consisting of substituents having formulae: wherein n is integer from 1 to 7. 11. The method of Claim 1, wherein if Y is C1-C7alkyl. 12. The method of Claim 1, wherein if Y is hydrogen, then said general formula further comprises salt taken from a group comprising (ClO4)<-> and (SO2)<2-> anions.
