PURPOSE: An air discharge control device of an axle housing is provided to improve performance of an air breather, and to prevent damage of oil or gears in the axle housing by automatically eliminating the difference between the internal pressure of the axle housing and the atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: An air discharge control device of an axle housing(300) is composed of an air breather pipe(310) discharging air from the axle housing; a pressure remaining unit(320) installed in the opening portion of the air breather pipe to keep pressure in the axle housing; a pressure detecting unit(330) mounted in the air breather pipe to detect pressure of the axle housing; a pressure control unit(340) generating a pressure release control signal by comparing the internal pressure of the axle housing from the pressure detecting unit with the reference pressure; and a pressure release driving unit eliminating difference between the internal pressure of the axle housing and the reference pressure by converting the pressure remaining state according to the pressure release control signal from the pressure control unit.
