PURPOSE: A rainwater removing device of a conveyor belt is provided to prevent blocking of a chute from freezing, damage of the belt and environmental pollution from falling material by eliminating rainwater on the belt with moving the second cleaner to the first cleaner horizontally. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater removing device is composed of a fixing part(10) having a cylinder member(11) moving up and down a first cleaner(12) arranged over the belt, a driving roller rotated in contacting to the edge of the belt and placed in the lower part of a vertical plate(14), and a driven sprocket connected to a driving sprocket of the driving roller through a chain member and placed in the upper part of the vertical plate to generate driving force, and a moving part(30) having a driving chain(31) wound on upper and lower guide sprockets(33a,33b) of front and rear support bars(34a), a moving shaft(35) connected to the driving chain and a second cleaner(32) eliminating rainwater from the belt to the first cleaner.
