A weighted, cement wheel need not descend below or ascend upward, from the surface that a said cement wheel is stationed on, in order to produce a transfer of weight energy from the weight of the said cement wheel, to that of acquir ed compression from the said weight of the cement wheel. By rolling a cement wheel on top of a tube of fluid that has a maximum area of expansion, the sa id tube will expands to its maximized width and shape by the pressure of forced fluid being pushed forward through the tube by the compressing weight of the advancing cement wheel. By the acquired pressure within the tube, the shape of the tube will expand outward and upward before the advancing point of weight contact made by an advancing, weighted, cement wheel. It is the tube of flui d that expands upward to be then compressed by weight and it is not the wheel that must descend to transfer its weight into a form of energy. Horizontal compression is not applicable to laws of physics, which does not contain the peripherals or boundaries of its motion.
