INDEX EXTRACTION SYSTEM FOR WEB CONTENTS TRANSCODING IN MOBILE TERMINAL AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: An index extraction system for web contents conversion in a mobile terminal and its method are provided to extract index information required in the web document transcoding in a real time analysis. CONSTITUTION: According to the index extraction method for web contents transcoding in a mobile terminal(102) connected to a web server(108) having web contents, a HTML(HyperText Markup Language) tag tree is generated from a HTML document. A separation tag is extracted from the generated HTML tag tree. A sub tag tree including contents is extracted from the extracted separation tag. A HTML tag pattern and contents attribute are analyzed from the extracted sub tag tree. And index contents information is extracted from the analyzed result.
