1. A method for recovery tungsten and molybdenum from low-grade ore material by a low-temperature chlorination, characterized in that the tungsten and molybdenum-containing ore materials are treated with gaseous mixture of chlorine and vapors of sulfur chloride at 200-320 degree C, wherein the tungsten and molybdenum are sublimated in the gas mixture flow in the form of volatile chloride compounds, and the solid-phase condensates are selectively deposited in the form of individual products during a continuously operated process. 2. A device for carrying out the method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that comprises a block of units for the preparation and execution of chlorination, a reactor unit, a system of separate condensation of sublimates, a system of stack gases recovery, vapor-phase hydrolysis, providing functioning of all processes in a continuous regime for selective recovery of metals. 3. The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the solid-phase condensation products - tungsten and molybdenum oxochlorides are transferred into corresponding oxides by vapor-phase hydrolysis at 110-120 degree C. 4. The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that slime comprising rare metal, arsenic and gold oxides is submitted to the treatment with a mixture of chlorine and vapors of sulfur chloride with subsequent selective deposit in the form of individual products.
