PURPOSE: A vehicle heating/cooling device for a PAT container for a beverage is provided for a driver to heat or cool a beverage in a PAT container as desired. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle heating/cooling device for a PAT container for a beverage includes bottom container(100), and an outer container(200) in a vacuum insulating structure. The bottom container includes an air suction hole and an air discharge hole on a peripheral surface, a toggle switch for selecting cooling/off/heating by manual manipulation to switch the direction of current, a power lamp for displaying the power supply state of a vehicle battery, and an operation lamp for displaying the cooling/heating operation according to the switching of the toggle switch. The bottom container has a cooling fan(16) for inhaling external air via the air suction hole when carrying out the heat exchange of a thermoelectric element(30). The outer container has an adhesion part(21) for the attachment/detachment to and from a vehicle. The outer container has a vacuum insulating pad(22) formed with a lower opening part, and an inner container(23) to which a PAT container(300) is freely inserted. The inner container carries out the endothermic/exothermic operation, when receiving the PAT container.
