PURPOSE: A rear roll stopper of a vehicle is provided to improve the durability, minimize transmission of vibration and noise to a vehicle body side, and improve NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) performance of the vehicle, by using the rear roll stopper comprising a fluid-filled damper to effectively reduce vibration and noise of a wide frequency region band produced by RPM in driving an engine. CONSTITUTION: A rear roll stopper of a vehicle comprises a first mounting bush member(11) bolted to an engine and a transmission assembly; a second mounting bush member(12) bolted to a cross member(4); a fluid-filled cylinder member(13) one end of which is integrally combined with the first mounting bush member and the other end of which is installed toward the second mounting bush member; a piston member(14) and piston rod member(15) one end of which is combined to the second mounting bush member and the other end of which is disposed in the fluid-filled cylinder member, to guide rectilinear movement of the fluid-filled cylinder member when the engine and the transmission assembly have movement rotating about a torque roll axis; a first elastic member(16) disposed in the fluid-filled cylinder member; and a second elastic member(17) one end of which is fixed to a cylinder-outer seat(13b) and other end of which is fixed to a cross member seat(4b). The first elastic member covers the piston rod member while both ends of the first elastic member are each fixed to a piston rod seat(15a) and a cylinder-inner seat(13a).
