Zone therapeutic inlay (sole) made of for example plastic for shoes where eleven (11) therapeutic zones are marked. Each pair of inlays is prepared in advance for various desired effects of treatment through elevations in the plastic sole related to the zones you wish to affect. When walking pressure is put on the foot sole primarely on these elevations, and desired effects are achieved. Consequently you choose inlays corresponding to conditions you wish to prevent or cure (see fig 1and2).
