The device consists of a profile that can accommodate a sign and objects. A clamping strap has rounded or flattened corners and a conical pin to achieve a better pinching effect. Eyes are provided for threading the steel band and there is a bulge towards the facing post side. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a clamping strap.
