<p>The plaster used for the creation of a tooth model expands when it gets in contact with moisture, even after hardening, resulting in an inaccurate model. The new design of a base (2) is provided with two elevated areas following its U-shaped outer contours. The inner surfaces of the elevations are covered by a toothed pattern for half of its height and are provided with rounded vertical partitions on top of the crested segments. Horizontal bridges (5) between the elevated rows stabilize the construction.</p> |
