PURPOSE: A method for winding a stator coil of a generator and a coil assembly wound thereby are provided to reduce an ingredient cost by reducing the amount of stator coils and maintaining stably the electric balance. CONSTITUTION: A stator coil(110) is wound to the same direction. A loop part(120) is formed by winding the stator coil(110) to the same direction, repeatedly. A linear connection part(130) having the predetermined length is drawn from the loop part(120). The loop part(120) and the linear connection part(130) are alternately formed between both ends of the stator coil(110) by performing the winding process, continuously. The stator coil is formed with a piece of stator coil or a plurality of stator coils.
