The present invention provides novel compounds exhibiting an excellent DPPIV inhibition effect. The compounds are represented by the formula: wherein, m is 0 or 1; n is 0; R<31>, R<32>, R<33>, R<34>, R<35>, R<36>, R<37>, R<38>, R<39>, R<40>, R<41>, and R<42 >each represent a hydrogen atom; X represents an alkynyl group, an aryl group, and such, which group may be substituted; and, R<1 >and R<2>each independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxyl group, or such, or salts or hydrates thereof.
