There is provided a learning machine capable of analyzing information characteristic, meaning relationship and structure so as to grasp the information meaning relationship as a relationship between the concepts and express/accumulate the meaning of the concepts and the relationship. Exhaustive information is collected and the information is stored as structured knowledge according to the meaning relationship between the collected information. For an enquiry or a request, information is generated by a predetermined estimation so as to have a new meaning relationship. By evaluating/judging the new information generated, an optimal solution is decided for an enquiry or the like. Thus, a thinking machine can be realized.
