1. A pharmaceutical formulation, to be administered one time per day for controlled release of ciprofloxacin, comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of ciprofloxacin, from about 0.2% to about 0.5% of sodium alginate, from about 1.0% to about 2.0% of xanthan gum, from about 10.0% to about 25% of sodium bicarbonate and from about 5.0% to about 20% of cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, wherein over mentioned percents are mass/mass compositions, and mass ration of sodium alginate and xanthan gum is between about 1:1 and about 1:10. 2. A pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 1, comprising 69.9% of ciprofloxacin base, 0.34% of sodium alginate, 1.03% of xanthan gum, 13.7% of sodium bicarbonate, 12.1% of cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone and optionally other pharmaceutical carriers. 3. A pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 1, is in form of tablets or capsules. 4. A pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 1, which is covered with pharmaceutically acceptable film forming polymer or pharmaceutical stuff.
