PURPOSE: A lamp exchange apparatus for optical measurement system is provided to maintain constantly lighting characteristics and enhance the reliability by exchanging a lamp having the light intensity below a reference value. CONSTITUTION: A lamp exchange apparatus for optical measurement system includes a housing(110), a driving unit(120), an optical sensor(130), and a control unit(140). The housing(110) has a shape of drum. A plurality of lamps as light sources are radiately formed in the housing. The driving unit(120) is connected to the housing in order to rotate the housing and select one of the lamps. The optical sensor(130) is used for measuring the intensity of the light provided from the selected lamp. The control unit(140) decides an exchanging period of the selected lamp according to the sensed intensity of the light and generates a control signal to operate the driving unit.
