In a loading position of a manufacturing apparatus, a cartridge attracted and held by a magnet of a holding member of a cartridge loading mechanism is held on a vertically movable table of a case holding means while being guided by a tapered inner circumferential surface of a rotating guide tubular body, and is inserted into a case disposed in a guide tubular body while being guided by a tapered opening. The cartridge that is inserted in the case is attracted by a magnet mounted on the vertically movable table and having stronger magnetic forces than the magnet, and is released from the magnetic attraction by the magnet and loaded into the case.
