The hand grip has a stop ring (1) fixed to a gripping component and provided with a stop nose (2) which engages with a stop face formed on stationary setting ring for movement limitation. The stop nose is constructed asymmetrically to the symmetry axis (3) of the stop ring, and the stop ring can be fixed both in a first position and also in a second position turned by 180 degrees. The stop nose is constructed in circular ring cut-out form and extends by 60 per cent on one side of the symmetry axis and by 40 per cent on the other side.
