PURPOSE: A flat device simultaneously picking up an image with a display is provided to latch pickup circuits of each pixel of an LCD panel and picked data in column unit, and to output the latched data, in order to output the data simultaneously picked up with a display, thereby simultaneously realizing a camera function with a display. CONSTITUTION: The first controller(420) processes an input signal, and generates image data, a row control signal, and a column control signal. A row driver(440) generates a row selection signal under control of the row control signal. A column driver(450) processes the image data according to the column control signal, and outputs the image data to be displayed on one row every one period of the row selection signal as an analog signal. An LCD panel(410) disposes plural pixels in a 2-dimensional matrix type, receives the analog signal from the pixels to transmit the analog signal to a lower plate transparent conductive film, and converts light coming through the conductive film to pick up an outer image. A data latch circuit(460) inputs/stores the converted signal every column, and outputs the converted signal if the converted signal is stored in one row.
