PURPOSE: A method for controlling an abnormal state of an industrial measurement control system is provided to process an external abnormal state and an internal abnormal state by using a motion control board, an analog output board, an operating system for enhancing the stability and the reliability of a digital input/output board system, and an independent internal micro controller. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an abnormal state of an industrial measurement control system includes a definition process, a memorizing process, and a sensing process. The definition process is to mount a micro controller for controlling an abnormal state on a motion control board and define the abnormal state. The memorizing process is to perform a sequential command memorizing function in order to induce the abnormal state to a stable state. The sensing process is to sense periodically the abnormal state of an operating system.
