FAV DEVICE USING IAV PLATFORM

摘要

PURPOSE: An FAV(Full Audio Video) device using an IAV(Intermediate Audio Video) platform is provided to perform an FAV function by equipping with a JVM(Java Virtual Machine) operated on a Java language environment and generating an instruction according to user's operation, and a JNI(Java Native Interface) interfacing data between the IVA platform and the JVM. CONSTITUTION: An IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers)-1394 interface(110) transmits the data mutually by connecting to digital devices through an interface cable(300). The IVA platform(120) processes the HAVi(Home Audio/Video interoperability) of hardware control while being operated under a C language environment and performing communication with the digital devices through the IEEE-1394 interface. The JVM(130) operated in a Java language environment generates the instruction according to the user's operation, and transmits the instruction to the IVA platform. The JNI(140) interfaces the data between the IVA platform and the JVM.
