The pliers have two hand grip arms (2,3) joined to each other at a connecting point (8), around which they are pivotable in opening and closing directions. They have a spring (4), an elongated leaf spring, which tensions with the arm movement in a closing direction. - The one end of the opening spring is immovably arranged on the inside of the one arm (2) and the other end is slidably movable along the inside of the other arm (3) when the arms move in opening and closing directions. The inside of the other arm has a side guide, in which the opening spring other end is slidably movable in the longitudinal direction of the arm. |
