PURPOSE: Accumulator structure of a pump housing for an anti-lock brake system is provided to decrease friction of a piston by arranging a lip seal in a recess of the piston, to improve sealing efficiency by widening the lip seal in flowing brake fluid to the accumulator with absorbing the volume change from temperature change, and to move actively by reducing the internal pressure of the accumulator in discharging brake fluid to the pump. CONSTITUTION: An accumulator of a pump housing(10) comprises a receiving part(11) formed in the accumulator; a lower case(20) arranged in the lower part of the receiving part; a spring(30) supported in the upper part of the lower case; a piston(40) supporting the piston; a recess(41) formed in the outer periphery of the piston; and a lip seal(50) arranged in the recess. The lip seal is composed of a support part(50a) supported in the recess, and a protruded part(50b) extended from the support part and contacted to the receiving part. Internal pressure of the accumulator is decreased in discharging brake fluid to the pump, and the accumulator is operated actively by reducing force applied to the lip seal.
