A uniform layer of two component polyurethane(PU) is introduced into a conventional open negative tool made from glass or carbon reinforced plastic.The polymer is introduced using either a two component airless spray unit or a manual two component cartridge system. The two component PU product is fully reacted before removing from the tool and cleaning up the edges.
