SYSTEM FOR SUBSCRIBING TO VARY HIGH SPEED INTERNET NETWORK THROUGH PKI BASED LICENSED CERTIFICATE

PURPOSE: A system for subscribing to a vary high speed Internet network through a PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) based licensed certificate is provided to solve unnecessary elements of a current online subscription system by making a subscriber electronically sign an online subscription application through the PKI based licensed certificate. CONSTITUTION: The subscriber(201) receives the licensed certificate from a licensed certificate authority(204). The subscriber writes the online subscription application provided from a subscription center(202) by visiting a subscription center of an ISP(Internet Service Provider), and transmits the online subscription application to the subscription center after signing the online subscription application with the licensed certificate. The subscription center transmits the online subscription application signed by the licensed certificate to a sales branch(203). The sales branch confirms the online subscription application and installs a subscriber line. After installation, both the subscriber and the sales branch sign an installation confirmation with respective licensed certificates by visiting the subscription center.
