PURPOSE: A shoe insole having cushion frames and supporting ribs on heel portion of the shoe to freely pass air through is provided to manage foot and toes and to eliminate moisture together with wet air, thereby protecting the foot and toe from athlete's foot and/or eczema. CONSTITUTION: The shoe insole comprises a sole body(100) having heel portion(110) and sole bottom portion(120); cushion frames on surface of the sole bottom portion(120) and the heel portion(110); supporting ribs at center of the cushion frames; cushion balls on points crossing the cushion frames and the supporting ribs; and a number of air-inflowing holes(111) between the cushion frames and the supporting ribs. The shoe insole further has a distributional passage(115) on outline of the sole bottom portion(120) around outer side of the heel portion(110) and an air-supplying wall(122) having a number of air-supplying passages.
