PURPOSE: A system and a method for a staffer inquiry service using an e-mail are provided to easily search a staffer and properties by analyzing/registering a vocabulary used on the e-mail of the staffer and making organization members use the vocabulary. CONSTITUTION: An e-mail client server(110) writes various e-mails. An e-mail server(120) receives the mail from the e-mail client server, stores/sends the e-mail in case of a business e-mail, and promptly sends other e-mail. A staffer inquiry server(130) stores the sender/receiver information according to each keyword after judging the keyword through a morpheme analysis by receiving the business related e-mail from the e-mail server. The sender/receiver information includes an e-mail address, a name, a charged business, and a level point marking relationship between sender/receiver and the keyword.
