A neutral grounding X-ray generator wherein in order to eliminate the unbalance voltage caused by the difference in impedance between parallel transformer coils in a high-voltage transformer and the unbalance voltage associated with the difference in impedance between two points above and below the neutral point caused in, particularly a metal X-ray tube, conductors through which currents flow in the opposite directions on the primary side of the parallel transformer coils of the high voltage transformer are passed through a common troidal coil, or wound around the periphery of a troidal coil at a predetermined ratio of number of turns, thereby changing the primary current by the magnetic action and canceling the unbalance voltage appearing on the secondary side.
