An image analysis device (100) images wells all at once with a predetermined magnification. An image management device (200) performs communication via the image analysis device (100) ad a network (300), acquires picked up images, and displays them as thumbnails. An operator specifies the position of a sample to be imaged for each well via the image management device (200). According to the condition specified, the image management device (200) notifies an imaging instruction to the image analysis device (100). The image analysis device (100) individually images the positions specified by the image management device (200) with the specified imaging condition.
