HISTORY MANAGEMENT METHOD AND WAREHOUSING/DELIVERY MANAGEMENT METHOD

A history management system for managing the history (traceability) about agricultural products or the spray of agricultural chemicals of agricultural products to be used as materials of processed food. A method for managing the history of an article of processed food is characterized in that a management server has a database where order numbers, farmland numbers, agricultural chemicals sprayed over farmlands, and lot numbers they are related to one another are stored, the lot number of an article of processed food is entered, the order number of an agricultural product used as the material of the article is specified by using the lot number and with reference to the database, the farmland number of the farmland where the agricultural product is cultivated is specified by using the order number and with reference to the database, and the agricultural chemicals sprayed over the farmland are specified by using the farmland number and with reference to the database. From the lot number of the article of processed food, information on the spray of agricultural chemicals over the farmland where agricultural product used as the material of the article is cultivated is specified.
