The actuator group (110) includes a drive to activate a parking-brake effect, which can turn about an axis in the fixed bearing. As the drive turns round this axis, the crank lever arrangement is taken out of the rest position to that it can displace the operating member to operate the friction element upon which the braking effect depends.
