PURPOSE: An inclining and rotating table device is provided to compensate the high accuracy on the display of an inclined angle of a table surface of a rotating table. CONSTITUTION: A table surface(12b) of a rotating table is inclined by rotating a rotating table device(10). A V-shaped first groove is formed in an axis body through the rotating direction. A V-shaped second groove is formed in a base against the first groove. A cross roller bearing is formed by offering plural rollers between the axis body and the base and vertically arranging one rolling axis of the roller at a right angle to a rolling axis of the neighboring roller. The rollers are arranged by contacting to the first groove and the second groove. The rollers are rolled between the axis body and the base. Thereby, an inclined angle of the table surface is indexed accurately.
