MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD OF PREFLEX GIRDER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a preflex girder is provided to remove the closed effect of a form support against concrete contraction, to prevent the minute crack in concrete, to maximize the composite effect of concrete and a girder, to cut down the installation cost required for a manufacturing device and to execute works safely and easily. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device of a preflex girder comprises: two rows of posts erected on the ground at regular intervals and distances; many stands(4) installed across both sides of each post and supported by an upper girder(G1) and a lower girder(G2) of a preflex girder; an upper form(6) and a lower form(8) fixed to the upper girder(G1) and the lower girder(G2) to place casing concrete; and a support member(10) fixed to the upper girder(G1) and the lower girder(G2) to fix/support the upper form(6) and the lower form(8).
