PURPOSE: A device for preventing hydroplaning of a vehicle is provided to shorten a braking distance through the securing of treading force of tires, improve operability in steering, and improve safety of the vehicle by actively removing water between tires and the surface of a road to prevent hydroplaning. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing hydroplaning of a vehicle comprises an inertia disk(3) installed parallel to a wheel to receive the rotational force of a drive shaft(1); a clutch unit changing a rotational force transmission state of the inertia disk and the drive shaft; an air pump(5) operating by receiving the rotational force of the inertia disk; an air nozzle(9) jetting compressed air produced from the air pump to the front of a tire(7) facing the front of the vehicle; and a switching unit controlling the clutch unit according to the operating state of a brake pedal by a driver.
